領袖培訓工作坊：培育多元才能成就卓越領袖

本校一向重視領袖培訓，致力培養學生的領導才能，讓他們帶領同儕共同進步、再創佳績。為進一步提升學生領袖在不同領域的綜合能力，本學年「服務及學生領袖組」於2025年3月8日與英文科攜手合辦「領袖訓練工作坊」。

透過互動式學習，工作坊不僅能強化學生的英語溝通技巧，更將透過小組協作、情境模擬等活動，系統性地鍛煉團隊合作精神與領導能力，幫助學生成為兼具語言優勢與領導魅力的明日領袖。

Our school has always placed great emphasis on leadership training, striving to nurture student’s leadership abilities to better guide their peers towards collective growth and excellence. To further enhance student leaders’ comprehensive skills in different domains, the ‘Service and Student Leadership Team’ has collaborated with the ‘English Department’ to organize the ‘Leadership Training Workshop’ on 8 th March, 2025 this academic year.

Through interactive learning, not only did the workshop strengthen student’s communicative skills in English, but also cultivated leadership skills as well as teamwork systemically through engaging activities such as group collaborative projects and scenario simulation. The program aims to empower students to be future leaders by equipping them with both proficient language and charisma.
