We are thrilled to announced that 3B Yip Sau Fung Elli has won the 2^nd place in the Solo Verse Speaking – Open Age 14 – Boys and Girls group at the prestigious Speech Festival. With his talent, hard work and dedication, he captivated the audience and judges, and surpassing contestants from across the territory. Congratulations again on his impressive achievement!
