本校獲得IAIE國際啟發潛能教育聯盟頒發「啟發潛能教育大獎」

The International Alliance for Invitational Education (IAIE) Inviting School Award in 2019
We are an inviting school!
Our school was awarded the International Alliance for Invitational Education (IAIE) Inviting School Award in 2019. Last October, Principal Ng, Ms Kay Wong and Ms Tiffany Chuk went to America to attend the IAIE World Conference and receive the award from the hand of the founder of the organization, Dr. William Purkey. Ms Wong made a comprehensive presentation about the inviting strategies of our school and illustrated how the ‘5P’ principle (People, Places, Program, Policies and Processes) has been applied on our campus. All teachers, students and staff in the school have definitely contributed a lot to our school’s IE development even when we do not realize it. It could be an event which shows our warm welcome to our guests or an atmosphere that makes students feel they belong in the school. As they say, we are all in this together!

The two-week trip was divided into a conference in Ohio and school visits in Kentucky. Not only did we share our own passion, we also learnt a lot from other awardee schools from all around the world. Our school will surely take the IE development to the next level and create an even more inviting, welcoming and approachable environment for students to enjoy their secondary school life.
